My wife file is in ndvo since august and its in ip sincr jan 24 2015..when can i get any good news from ndvo i am really frustrated as it was my anniversary and i am alone out here.

Is there anybody file in ndvo office since aug and got good news
Ill really appreiciate for help

We've applied PR for our new born in May and she's turning 1 on feb 18 this Wednesday,but till now we didn't got PR..IP since October 30 almost 105 days...have to celebrate my baby's fist birthday without her father it's really very very painful and I'm very tired of waiting..yes I can understand its very frustrating we cannot do anything..I don't understand why they take this much time for babies as well...

Just HOPE..HOLD ON PAIN ENDS...

If you are a PR card holder you must be in canada to sponsor your wife or husband till you receive AOR. If you are a Canadian citizen then you can apply from India

Thank u very much for ur so quick reply. Kindly advise further that how long it takes to receive AOR. And after receiving AOR can he come back to India as my son is newly married and he wants to move to Canada together with his wife only after he receives his wife's visa.

First of all "CONGRATS" to all friends who got their status changed to IP, DM.

My application is dated August 10. Still in Application Received status. Not sure when the status for the August applicants is going to be changed. Any one in the forum who got the update as of date for August application.

Keep up the good work of updating the excel sheet.

Current processing time to receive AOR is 90 days. They are currently working on November 10, 2014 applications. Yes he can go back to India till his wife doesn't get her visa.

I understood one thing, if the marriage is genuine we are just stuck in a long queue. Doesn't matter how long you are married for or if you share a child together. Let's all pray that we receive our visa soon and New Delhi continues to pick up the pace. In Shaa Allah. Seems like they have cleared most cases till first week of July. Next week it's time for 2nd week of July applicants to receive their IP and PPR. We can't worry about ecas status as they are taking a lot of time to update online. Good Luck everyone. May Allah shower us with PPR and Visa soon.

Yup don't worry about status I got visa few days ago and Status is still IP
