Hey,
After the age of 18, if you have lived for 6 months or longer in a country then you must provide PCC for that country. But, since you have only gone for 2-3 months it should be okay. Here is a quote from the letter my husband had received

"Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are
18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more"

Many thanks Calgariandoll, this provided a big relief :)

It must be I can't even imagine trying to get PCC from 10 different countries that would be such a pain.

You can estimate from the below figures:

Optimistic (Days) Most Likely (Days) Pessimistic (Days)
App. received to IP 190 200 288
IP to DM 16 19 88
DM to PPR 1 4 29
PPR to Visa 7 12 37

Hi Guys,

I just checked status of my passport on vfsglobal portal and I see the following status

Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX – Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 05/02/2015 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

I didn't understand through which courier service they couriered my passport?

Please kindly advise on which courier service they usually use to send the passport??

Thanks
Mostly they used blue dart .

Hi Guys Decision made on my application but No PPR little worried what will be decision as I was not expecting DM soon . I have Travel history of New Zealand which normally delay your file a lot :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
congrats, I guess they forgot to sent you email. why you not go to VFS office and submit your passport. they will stamp your VISA. I read one Quote before: one person also waiting for PPR and missed their email and he/she was worried about Oh I will not get PPR once he/She investigate, they got PPR request one month ago. So, I suggested send your Passport. there's no harm NDVO will update, they received your passport. good luck. How I knew this one of my friend submit her passport after getting 2nd AOR. good luck:)
