I am beginning to lose my patience day by day. I am hoping someone will help me. Something is not right here. My spouse's case has been in IP since end of October. Ordered notes twice and everything has passed but nothing is mentioned for security. It appears that security has not even started as of January (as per notes). Why haven't they at least started the security? It should at least say "In Progress" next to status. No travel history.

I see other members have been waiting at least two months since IP. Have you ordered your notes? Does it mention anything next to security? It appears that the file is just sitting collecting dust. Very depressing!

my application online always said AR but nothing about medical results were mentioned. i noticed that many people here have AR/MR but my application always had AR only.

anyways, my case went to IP on early december and i was hoping to receive second medical request because upfront meds were expired. but I did not hear anything for a month. so i decided to order my notes. it says in the notes that eligibility has been approved/passed which is a big sigh of relief. but i see medical has been "In Progress" since we submitted our application in to mississauga. does this mean that NDVO/Mississauga never received applicant's medical results? We definitely submitted them with our application.

in the notes section it says

office-new delhi
date-december2
text-action:request supplemental form.

what does that mean? its the latest note after eligibility was passed. there is nothing for outgoing correspodence so we didn't miss anything in the mail.

also, I want to change our method of correspondence to e-mail instead of mail. how do I go about doing this as quickly as possible? Currently, everything from NDVO is sent to us by mail in Canada (mailing address for both sponsor/applicant). I want to change applicant's method of communication to e-mail.

Your upfront medical should have passed on the day of approving your sponsorship (AOR). You should email NDVO and let them know that you did your medical upfront and expired but you did not receive from them a letter requesting a second medical.
Also, ask them in your email to change the correspondence method.

Hello Forum members,

Just to update my status here. My wife got an email yesterday from (DELHICONVOCATION @ immigration.ca) informing her that she's been called for an interview on 2nd March 2015. This was almost like out of the blue as only three weeks back we got our GCMS notes indicating that our file had not been touched.

Good luck for the interview. May you get the visa soon after this.
