Hello Everyone

Is it compulsory sponsor have to present for applicant's interview in NDVO.
Hi,

No, it is not required. they can call you on phone and do in person interview for your partner. when did you receive the interview letter?

Thanks Rosesandhu, finger crossed...wish the same for you :) and all. For PPR average it takes around 16 to 25 days from IP

for my case, I have attached 5 Countries PCC with the Application, so expecting within 2 months considering the time required for security check.

That's what I'm wondering about, as the update came to me on Sunday 25th Jan 15.

Waheguru blessing ll be on all of us :)

Hi guys,

I'm new to this website and I am really looking for some insight on my spousal sponsorship application. I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my husband in India. We got married on November 16th. This was an arranged marriage however my husband and I have been taking for a little under a year before our marriage. the problem is that when I asked for time off from my job to return to India to get married they advised that they would only be able to give me 4 weeks of unpaid vacation time without me risking my job. so I spend 2 weeks before the wedding and 2 weeks after the wedding with my husband. Due to there being such little time my husband and I did not go on a honeymoon. However we did spend a few nights in hotels when we were travelling far from home. has anyone had a similar experience to mine or can anyone provide some insight as to what I should do ? there is no way I can go back anytime soon to see him Without quitting my job. can anyone provide any insight as to what I should do to make my case stronger ? ....... please HELP!!!!!

Hi Hvhs01

You can attach all hotel bills, photos and travelling documents if any, with the application and If you can't Visit your spouse due to your job, ask your better half to visit over there, and the same plan you can write in the application, and later you can submit all that details (Travelling documents, Visa Stamp, Photos etc) to Visa Office.

Its been one month now since my status change to ip .no news from ndvo. Really frustrated. I am worried what they are doing with my file.
