Hi guys, in order to apply for ATIP notes...Do i need to include my spouse's consent form as well, She is sponsored by me.
If yes then, Do i need original copy of it to apply online or I can just include a photocopy ? please someone share the views ?

I suggest not to apply for ATIP notes right now.. bcoz you are already on IP and its just been 1 month... so maybe you will get PPR request soon..for me and sheen1990 we got ppr exact after 1 month of IP so maybe yours is just around the corner..

Anyways if you want to apply then you will need consent form signed by your wife and then she can just send you scan copy of it so that you can upload it when you apply online. No need for the original.
