Why does second marriage has to be a red flag....Doesn't person have a right to be happy again in life? Which world are we living in?

fiza don't be upset..Every person has right to stry happy. But the problem is most people do first marriage for come to canada means fake marriage. and 2nd real. so many cases are like this that's why thI se type of cases are bit complex. otheraise no red flag nothing. dont worry... wish you good luck...

Quality Assurance doesn't always mean IT team testing their applications. I believe the program that they are talking about is random selection of applications for thorough review as they can't check each and every aspect of every application for correctness

might be. Not sure!! anyways can't say anything. If they didn't check each application thorough,how they make decision....

After Decision made, you should get your PPR in 10-15 days. You have to send your passport to visa office through VFS or courier (Blue dart/ DHL). Visa office will send your passport through Indian postal service, I am not sure if you can collect it from the visa office.

How will I know they have requested for my passport? Will they send me a letter?

I know Anaru....all these fraud marriages are costing us today. However, visa officer should also see the timeline of second marriage. You can tell if person gets married the very next year when he/she gets divorced, there might be something fishy? There are lot of ways one can figure out the fraud marriage.....the shocking truth is that genuine cases gets stuck where fraud cases are still getting cleared.

Having a second marriage, a simple marriage should not always be red flags . This wait time is scaring me....Don't know what is in store for me :-\
