Whats the procedure to apply for GCMS or ATIP notes?

I wish there was some way....but right now can't seem to find anything. I have submitted for GCMS notes.....hopefully it will shed some positive light on what is going on

The application was received on July 16/2014.Then I got e-mail on Sept 03/2014 that im a eligible to sponsor and my file has been transferred to New delhi.
whats the processing time now a days.. ?????

You can request for case notes under the Access to information and privacy act here https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do
it costs 5 dollars. You need to get the consent form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf signed by your spouse and then submit it to above site providing your file number. Just follow the steps.....it is pretty straightforward

Anything between 6 to 15 months depending upon your case.

I know bro, But there have been inconsistency in the processing times. It suckks that some people are waiting from March and they hear nothing, But friend applied in May,his wife already got passport request.

Forget May....even June, July applicants are getting visa where Mar/April applicants are waiting to hear something :/

That's why I'm saying no one knows what's the processing time... anything between 6 to 15 months...
Only NDVO can answer why delay for applicants who applied in April, march, feb etc. and why not for may,june july.

I would suggest people who are still waiting from March, April to apply for GCMS notes. That will atleast give them some information about their file processing

Yes anyone who has applied before May should apply for ATIP notes right now so that they will get something in a month to see what exactly is going on.

Dear Friends,


I am Rakeshkumar Ghoghari, is a Permanent Resident of Canada under Federal Skilled Worker Program-2014 (NOC-3212)
I landed in Ontario,Canada on December 22, 2014 single after i received my visa on November 11,2014.
I want to start process of my spouse & child as their Medical Examination is already done along with me & police certificate is also submitted of her to CIC( child police certificate is not required as he is 15 month old).
I didn't applied for my spouse & child's visa as i was short of fund to show as Proof of Fund at that time.


Kindly guide me in my case.
