Oh so you already start thinking that NDVO may leave your file like us....no its not true...still there are so many June applicant there....there are so many applicants in India of one date ....all files of India are processed in New Delhi....its only 6th month started of your file including sponsorship approval...don't worry thoda patience rakho your turn is coming .....look at us all may applicant got visa and only me and honeymaan are still with AR /MR staus...our cases were straight forward,No divorce nothing..not even one red flag,we also submitted so many pics,phone call proof and social media proof ,marriage certificate, Gurudwara certificate, Emails proof ,online shopping for each othe, bank wire money transfers, western union receipts, so many proof of before marriage ....i dont think I left anything as far as the proofs are concerned ......still we cannot figure out what is happening ....

Hopefully we find out soon what they think, their technique seems very random , but maybe that's what works best for them. We just have to be patient and calm, think happy thoughts

Even my wife gave birth to my child(son) in Canada and Embassy know this as well we have made his passport and send them photocopies with me father and my wife mother on passport...my son inherited my caste VIRK as a surname in his Name (Arshaan Singh Virk) and in Canadian passport as well.....so what Else I can do to convince visa officer to prove my relation to my wife ...it feels so miserable to think....I am wondering what kind of pics now they are expecting us to send...ohh you know what I am saying.I dont wana say that word ...we have given our whole personal life of last 2 years...I cannot meet my son now he is four month old and my wife does not send him India...you know mother cannot leave his son she is so attached with him ....I am so broken now

omg...avneet, karan and preet really sad for you guys...seems like the ones who submitted more
proofs r the ones waiting for longest. this is not fair at all. one of my known in winnipeg got her
spouse PPR within 3-4 days after IP. Does the city of sponsor makes difference in processing time ?
May b big cities like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton r in tht zone.

It's hard , we all have to stay strong, and just take it one day at a time. we are each other's support system in this forum. Everynight the frustration grows, and in the morning we wake up with a renewed hope, that maybe today is the day.

Aman I have sent personal message to all applicant of February, March and April I got reply from almost everyone because they get notification in their email and I also updated excel sheet with new one update. Now whatever excel sheet says its completely true...some people of march and April are really stuck with AR/MR and In Process Status

Karan - My sympathy and best wishes for speedy visa are with you. What did NDVO ask you on telephone on 21 November? Was it a verification call?

dnt worry yr karan u got a call tuhada ho jana kise v tym asi kuj n kr skde even my husband send email to immigration minister he replied wait for 15 months after dat u can contact us mp says d same thing nd applied gcms notes again nd my medicals will exapire on 30th jan bt still did'nt hear anything dnt knw hle kinna hor waitt krna a 7 saal baad hun ehna nu kiwe ykeen dilawa ki our case is genue uuffffff

Hi buddy will explain it again although I did this so many times

It was lady from official embassy phone number
She asked my DOB and my wife DOB and her previous addresses in Canada...and where did we go to honeymoon after marriage .Did your wife come after sponsoring you to India so I said No because of that rule she must stay in Canada so she did not come .Then I voluntary told her that my wife gave birth to child two month ago...we have already reported mississauga office and we have send pictures of our son and birth registration number of hospital too and also to NDVO by courier ....so she asked my son name and DOB ..

When she called I am sure they haven't had this information about our baby because they take so enormous time to read stuff sent by mail or may be they don't even read unless there is ADR request letter attached with it because of privacy
So it seems like because of baby our status updated and they started making some other verification about our son....that time passport was not ready and they take 2 months to issue birth certificate...without birth certificate passport cannot be applied ...In India we get birth certificate in two days even after having population of trillions (stupid processing times)
