Hi Karan - I believe NVDO hardly calls as they usually e-mail is what I understood. However, it seems you did get a call...do you mind sharing the communication to give us an idea? Thanks!

Hi Badshah,

I know many people who are in my link they had received call from NDVO. Some of the randomly Selected Applicants receive call and they ask some question.This is normally authentication call sometime they call applicant to confirm whether he is living in India and also to confirm information provided in the application.

"I have friend in Canada her husband got call in India that your medical is expiring in 10 days .Are you comfortable to fly in a week and his husband said yes then they said to him to bring his passport in embassy we are giving you visa in 3 days."

Well In my case She asked me DOB and my wife DOB and also some question about my new born baby in Canada,When I told her that I just had a son in Canada.Then she asked where did I go to honeymoon after marriage.She was very much cool girl and looks like some kind of Data collector person from Embassy.She was not a Visa officer for sure.

Visa officer never gets the contact information of an applicant.They have so many protocols to work out there they have different email Team and Phone team.You know Visa Officer cannot call applicant as well because they can make deal with applicant to give visa for the sake of Money.

Visa officers all have to work under some strict circumstances and auditors.

You can also see the timeliness differences in everyone's file....My sister lives in US she also hired a Immigration lawyer.

He told me how embassies work.They divide the files first randomly and with various categories and then process them with different criteria.

for Example

File 1: A-->B-->K-->O--->Z

File 2:A-->C--->L--->M--->N--->O--->P--->Z

File 3: A--->Q--->Z (Lucky one)

File 4:A-->C--->L--->M--->N--->O--->P--->X--->Y--->Z (Unlucky One)

For all application they don't follow every step because they also have to keep their time lines Under control and also they have a quota to issue some amount of numbers of Visa every year to different applicants like sponsor, Skilled and others

In some cases they also do real hard authentication like verifying the marriage certificate.

In some cases they do little background check and in some cases they forward our application to external agencies to do hardcore background check .

In some cases they issue visa in 3 months

its very much luck Game

I hope you got what I am saying

karan mera no kdo ayega wt do u think yr mera bday a 29 nu dnt knw kiwe jana

Say that again Karan!!! Thank God..for normality and 2015!!

With NDVO back to normal schedule, hopefully we will get good news. NDVO walo april ki filo se dhool hatao or kam par lag jao :P

New hope with new day
Weheguru Ji mehar kro sab te
May this day bring lots of dm and ppr .

Oh ya you should have submitted your wife medical upfront
Since your file is in process.I have never seen interview after that
File go into IP after your file pass the true marriage authentication stage

Medical is the only reason of delay .But it should not take long now.They don't ask for medical unless your file is approved
Just make sure you have paid her RPRF fee
