Hey Buddy I also submitted this
I am applicant living in India
I send my wife consent form
I gave rights to my wife to apply GCMS
Only Applicant can apply GCMS
But In outland process Applicant do not reside in canada
So he cannot apply
So he actually has to give rights to some one who is living in Canada to apply GCMS through Consent form
You know buddy it is really mess to understand this whole procedure .I know its just one online form, one document upload and transaction of 5 dollar
I was knowing whole process but still I had applied through Visafile.info
Its an automatic process where you pay 25 dollar and you get filled online form in your email just scan and send them back with your sign...that is easy
And I cannot believe how he get GCMS in 24-25 days he is an immigration lawyer
To Avoid all this mess I prefer to pay 20 dollar more as it was easy and ensure process
