i have gmail not yahoo with ndvo

I have not seen any status update since two weeks.It seems like embassy is shut off,but you do all inquiries from your side to keep satisfied and safe

Do one Thing 12Ja Email 5 times with Urgent word ...like this with this same subject..

Can any one suggest ......NDVO Received my file on July 15th Still the status says AR...They asked for my divorce petition but i don't know why cause i have already submitted my divorce certificate with the application and canadian immigration has approved my file ....i didn't have the divorce petition so i have sent them my divorce judgement papers...Can any one suggest that will there be any problem that i couldn't send the petition. I have all other proof that i am divorced and the Canadian immigration approves it..Then why did they put me to ADR Que....I have send the document on Nov 3rd but no news since then and the status is still AR....

Don't worry If u sent them documents already on Nov 3rd u will get response and u r July applicant so be patience, in July applicants nobody got IP,DM,PPR yet u should expect in Jan,as like thread nobody get any response after IP so it means NDVO not working in these days cause of Xmas and new year,and they have lots of pending work,and as like immigration news visa quotas completed including spousal sponsorship, u can expect in Jan 2015 GOOD LUCK! Just pray to god everything gonna good and fast

I sent all the communications between both lawyers. Copies of negotiations and corrections. Copy of initial order sought. Copy of revised order which was filed with court. PETITION is basically the ground of divorce

Thanks a lot Aman...really getting frustated yaar dont know ...How on earth they can keep Spouses away from each other like this...But we are helpless...have to wait no other option...

Yea we have to wait,and what can they do? Cause lot of ppls do fraud marriages so that's y they do enquiries, collect proofs,everything which shows genuine marriage, but some of fraud ppls we faced this shit and I know how everyone feel without his/her partner cause everyone got married here and have same pain like us I wish everyone get visa soon and me too its too hard stay without spouse let's see what will happen in few days, I wish they work super fast

So you mean you received a letter on DEC 3rd Asking for you divorce petition and final order for sponsor. I dont know if its delayed ...seems like all the applicants are still waiting does not matter they rcvd ADR or not.....so lets just wait and see what happens......this is Extremely frustrating.....
