who said this spousal sponsorship processing time changed to 24 months it is 15 months an They say its calculated by average But I believe it is calculated on the basis of time taken by the longest time consuming file so nobody can challenge them later on.

Yes you can sponsor your parents. Conditional PR is only restrict for fraud marriage. other wise all rights are same. If your spouse call 911, sponsored person got depot back home within conditional PR. that's it. You can sponsor your parents after showing your good income(good T4) and buying insurance for them.

I know they cannot sponsor spouse for 5 years after they get conditional PR (if they divorce and marry again after 2 years of conditional PR)
And obviously for sponsoring parents you need to show income for the last 3 years meeting LICO. so no they cannot sponsor parents for at least 4 years. remember to meet LICO income to sponsor parents after 4 years.

Example:

Jan 2015 - meet LICO income for 2011,2012,2013 to apply in Jan 2015.
so if you get conditional PR in 2015 and you earn enough income to meet LICO for 2015
then you can apply for parents in 2018.

Jan 2018 - meet LICO income for 2015,2016,2017

Any doubt let me know i'll try and explain again.

Last year trend will not match this year for sure bro... last year they had strike so obviously they took lot of time clearing up old files and straight forward cases. anything which had doubt was put on hold for long long long long time.
