Dear Friends,

Could you please give me an advice, My wife is sponsoring me and we sent our application on 20-Sept-2012 and it arrived in New Delhi on 30-Oct-2012 since that time its under process I have done my second medical on, 25-Oct-2014, still they did not request my passport for visa issuance, when we get in touch our MP in Toronto he said they are started your application's last review, its not clear when they will request for passport.

I posted a question here but didn't get any reply, I know you all are happy to receive progress news but please took few minutes and help new members, other than congratulating each other. Don't get me wrong, I know the pain you all went through and really happy for those who are getting responses and will pray for those waiting.

Dont worry interview accha hoga. just be prepared.
I know i had a simple marriage this is why i had given a lot of details explaining about our relationships. I had a very big file . Ho sakta hai itna bada file dekh ke usne dekha hi nahi hoga .. lolzz. but jokes apart i had given a lot of proofs. even before marriage i had saved anything and everything since a year and sent it as a proof.
even i sent the email copies where my parents denied coming to our marriage. I purposely had a lot of important conversations though emails even with my parents just to have proofs. Gifts receipts, western union i sent even before my marriage every month and sent the copies. call records for over a year. A lot of other details.
anything and everything i found would have been useful i sent them. Plus i stuck all receipts on single sheet of paper and wrote the details why and when i gave that gift. I tried to explain as much as i can through the sheet and just hoping not getting called for interview.

Hey,

I dont see any problem with that. In the guideline itself they say to mention it if it is applicable. So that question would not make any difference on the processing of your file. Dont worry, I am sure many of them would have made such mistakes and their files would have been processed. At worst they would ask for the form to be resend, and by no way they would send the entire application back.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG ;D ;D ;D...received PPR today one day after decision made status.....finally close to final stage of this process. ;D ;D ;D .
Wife will be submitting passport tomorrow.....

Question for members with PPR... Question 5 on PPR email. Does applicant has to fill in spouse information in form since spouse in not getting any visa with this application.
My guess is that Only Applicant column needs to be filled with basic personal Information since he/she is the only application for PR and getting passport stamped.

So finally stress free received PPR via email, even though my email id was added in file but NDVO cald my hubby to ask email id as they said we don't have ur email...

So finally almost done with this waiting game .. got gift just 4 days before 1st marriage anniversary

Congratulation who recieved their status IP, PPR or DM.


My wife recieve the PPR request today and status also changed to DM. ;D

Finally after long long wait.

Submitting passport tomorrow.
