Re: need suggestion.. Re: NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hey Guys,

I got my PPR :)

Could you please walk me through the steps for 'Passport transmission' to NDVO? I went through VFS website where they ask me to submit my Passport at VFS office or through an authorized personnel. Not sure what it means. I thought we could send the document via mail/post.

Help me with this next aka final step. Let me know how to send Passport to NDVO to have this completed.

Appreciate a bunch!

Thanks

You have 2 option either submit it at VFS or send it directly to New Delhi. If you submit it at VFS they will give you tracking number so you can always track it. Its better to go with VFS :)

Re: need suggestion.. Re: NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Thanks Sheen1990 and Neethu.

If I were to send it via mail, then should I be sending it to below address?

Address:
Immigration Section
High Commission of Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India

I understand that I would need below docs to be enclosed:
1. Passport
2. 2 photos (as per specification)
3. Filled form (attachment in the email)

Thank you :)

Hi Guyz,

App. filed : September 16, 2014
Sponsorship Approval: November 4, 2014

Got an email from NDVO on NOV 26 stating they have received my application.

Can anyone tell me what is the approximate time for NDVO to request the Passport please.

I agree Karen that Sundays are so painful as we know they can be no updates.

This is so painful and depressing. Soon they will get closed for Xmas..I have been told by so to that if no news byDec 15th, then wait for January 2015 for updates.

Thank you all for this forum, at least know we are not alone.

I guess Passport , One photocopy of passport and 2 photographs and off course money :P that's it...in the end of medical they will give one document which you guys have to attach in the application...

I don't know buddy you better ask some juniors instead of Seniors ...because these process keep on changing

Thanks karan,

i saw almost all the people have given their medicals upfront.. so it seems like upfront medicals is a common phenomenon for a family class sponsorship. does my wife need to tell this to the physician that she want to do the upfront medical examination??
