Hey, wish you all the best with your application. Make sure you submit the latest forms and write NA wherever its not applicable to you. Have just come to know that IMM0008 has been updated on 1st Nov., so make sure that you dont send the old one.

New applicant from november plz dont forget to update to Generic application IMM0008 , change is little but can change a lot.
They have removed 4. Processing unit name , so we dont need to write new delhi anymore it seems.... But then what....how r d application going to process, which processing unit???
Is ds a good news?? Or :-X

It seems like a good news, one of the september applicant's file got processed in Mississauga instead of sending it to his local VO in Sydney. So it looks like things are changing for the spousal visa applicants.

Is there anyone who got a phone call and then an interview? I am suspecting there might be an interview coming up for my wife since its taking a while. I mean nothing came besides a phone call from NDVO asking some questions. No ADR or IP (Applied in beginning of April).

Hey I got phone from embassy last Friday asked very basic question like my wife DOB and Where is she living?
When does your wife received phone call?
Can you tell me idea when your wife got phone call?
According to me If you get phone call then officer waived your interview
If they want to call someone for interview why would they call then?
Those who are getting interviews don't get phone call.
Officer has to verify by somehow...so they are I think doing interviews on phone to fast the process..

It is now April and May applicant received phone calls
They never called before in 2008 to 2013
I am 21st May Applicant
Reply me I am waiting
Lets discuss what is similar in both of us why we got phone calls
If you have another info please tell me

Hey guys my wife and i had interview today he told us we ve passed the interview but he returned the passport as my wifes medical was expired from 3 months and now when i call the doctor who did medical last time hes asking for ime number and i dont know what that is pls help thankd

1 December is the deadline for Jan intake and load of student applications are very heavy in this month like end of November ...for Jan intake I guess half million applications...NDVO is not a Big building and I heared 180 Visa officer work there...so you might be 100% Correct...now people don't say they will have different department for immigration section and also VFS only sort applications for Visa Officer VFS is application manager Firm for NDVO and other embassies so they can follow easy order of documents for every applications and keep the record ...all data entering jobs

Hey guys,
I think they might have started working on student visa files as the classes will be starting in January.

as per as my view they divided visa type in different category cause there are different types of visa in NDVO
so doesn't effect on spouse files ..... i think they working slow cause they have limited visas in every year for every category and in may they had 8,024 approx files so be patience guys and in june 956 files received by them and calculate jan to june files ...there are lots of files
