Hi all, I am new to this forum and find this forum very helpful and stressful..lol I received my sponsorship approval on July 22 and my file was transferred to New Delhi on Aug 5. They asked me to submit proof of payment and police clearance form. if I hadnt done so but I had submitted these forms in the original package. How long does it normall take for AOR?

If you received letter from NDVo asking for PCC and fees..it is your second AOR

Hi Karan,

My wife in India also received a call from Delhi in mid-September. She wasn't home and they asked some questions to my mother-in-law who answered the phone. The lady on the phone asked the date of wedding, why we didn't do a reception, if and when I visited India after the wedding etc. The call quality was extremely poor and it was hard to hear so my mother-in-law told her and the lady said she will call back. This was in around second week of September, since then there has been no call or email from NDVO. My eCAS status is still Application Received and my Medical is going to expire on December 27, 2014. Take a look at my timeline below.

So don't worry man, you're not alone. This is some next level bullsh*t that's going on with these people. Whoever is looking after the files from March 26 - April 20 is probably on vacation or may be they used the stack of files to put a tray of coffee/tea on it. So....as soon as they finish their tea break they will start processing them. Now if anyone is wondering how long is their tea break? well.....I don't even think they know the answer to that.

Dont worry, Yeah, It look s like a verification call. But chillax. you will get your PR soon and more over if anyone call cic for complaint, they asked for more descriptive questions, such as work place, Name, last name, hubby's name, relationship, working location every thing and only can complaint, if person is illegal in CANADA such as( work permit expire,no staying status, illegal working status). But you are fine, your wife is on " Maternity leave". I think you have to stay positive and relax.
- For your answers, looks you didn't reply anything wrong. ALL IS WELL.
-I believe your kid is Canadian. So, they wont ask details for him. But confirm it. Its also your strong love proof.

So, I suggest to others not to attend such type of call unless or until you are not able to respond.
