Hi guys,

Update from my side. My wife went in for medical tests today. Even though only chest x-ray was requested, no one in the medical office looked at the letter properly and did all the tests again, like a full remedical. My wife didn't complain because she thought they know better what to submit or not. Finally, one lady realized they wasted so much time doing full remedical and only needed to do Chest X-Ray. She said she will send the right results to NDVO based on letter requested. My wife confirmed several times that she will send proper results. Lets see what happens. Its really stupid that people are so careless and do not read the letter that the applicant brought in. I hope she send the right results to NDVO.

This is just money making business bro... maybe they knew what to do but just to rip you off they did everything and charged you for that and will only send what is requested... and that girl was innocent B**ch who knew everything but was pretending that she didn't knew what was requested.

Ya for sure well said Pamme....they are only concerned about their money...chest Xray is just 500 rupee test they just wanted to make money..Her wife even could not be rude to them as they may send bad report as a revenge .!!!

Today at 1:00 pm I received call from Delhi Immigration office
She was girl who asked me few questions I am so panic right now...!!
Question She asked me ?

Q1.What is your name?
Q2 Where your wife lives in Canada?
Q3 Where your wife did work in India?
Q4 Do you know your Wife DOB?
Q5 Whats your Date of Birth?
Q6 So your wife is 2.5 year older than You?
Q7 Where did you go after Marriage?
Q8 Did she came back after marriage/Sponsor?

Some other question
When I told her my wife just had my baby two months ago....
Her Response : Oh So you got a Baby
Q8 Whats your baby DOB?
Q9 What your Baby Name?
Q10 Can you spell for me?

I have confirmed it was not a spam call or anything

I am so worried right now...even I was sleep When I got call so my brain was sort of un-consious ...I did answer everything right but with little hesitation

My ECAS status is still :AR/MR

I dought some of my relatives did false complaint against me...My wife recently has big confliction with my relatives where she was staying?
Now she got her own Appartment

More than money, I am a little bit worried whether they will send right results or not. I know they wanted to make money and did all tests, but if because of that they send blood report instead of chest x-ray, it will be unnecessary trouble. I hope not, and may be for taking so much money they will at least show enough integrity to send right results.

Did they gave you anything back?? like when we did medical we got E-repot or something like that... if you have it then email that as well to NDVO showing you did what they asked so now its their concern to get it from doctor.

I got following reply from new delhi high commission . I done mp enquiry before and mp said my file is recommended for interview .

What will happen next ? Ecas status is still AR/MR ? How long does background check takes ?

This Family Class application was received by our office after being forwarded by Case Processing Centre Mississauga. This application has been reviewed by a visa officer who has waived the requirement for an interview.

Under Canada's immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status.

If interview is waived and you are Jan applicant.. what is holding here??? can't they just request for a Passport and get it cleared???

Application received on 21st May
Medical have been Received


There is no change buddy its been there since the process started

I am sponsor filed the application in August 13, 2014 to cpc mississauga.
Received approval on October 15, 2014 and file was transfer to NDVO.
Letter from Delhi embassy to my husband on October 30, 2014.
Medical done in July 22, 2014
PCC done in July 15, 2014
