no news today...

feeling really down dese days...loosing hope. :(

Sorry for multiple posting but I am in need of advice.

I am a Canadian PR and about to marry my would be wife who is living in London (both are from Nepal, she is a student living with her British parent). We were introduced by my cousin this September and things went well between us. We plan to get married, hopefully in Feb next year. We are planning to have a traditional (simple) ceremony back home in the presence of our family, relatives and friends. We have not met yet but are in constant touch (24x7) through viber, skype.... After our marriage I will be back to Canada to continue my PhD study and she will also visit here for a week if everything goes well and then back to London to continue her post-graduate study.

I would like to request this thread members, how can I prepare to sponsor her, through LVO. What short of documents that would be best to make processing smooth. I am aware of process and documents required for spousal sponsorship. However there are several grey area, so I hope I can get a proper idea. The fact that we wont be meeting in person before wedding is negative, if yes how can we tackle this? also if any of you you have similar experience then please do suggest do/dont based on your experience.

Thanks in advance for your time and suggestions.

Make your file around 20 inch wide of documents....get print of every email you have exchanged...take screen shot of skype, Viber, whatsapp, facebook...whatever proof you have....take photos of gifts you exchanged...any proof in phone bill...marriage certificates...birth cetificate...some embassy forms....any travelling together, any boarding pass, if you ever been together get print of old photographs,,,,,.....whatever its is man...take print of everything ....keep all shopping bills of marriage....get colored prints of your proofs...any money exchange...whatever happened in both of you just submit bro....what to worry?
Also marriage card...marriage photographs...all
traditional rituals you follow in marriage ....attach all photographs...after marriage go somewhere at tourist spot...spend 2 days and keep hotel bill...show it as a honeymoon...you know man its very simple

Do i have to fill "Generic application form" online and then validate it and then take printout of it?
How to place signature in it, can i put my after i take printout of it by hand?
Questions which are not applicable should i leave them blank? For example : have you recieved CSQ or date and place of your last entry to canada.....

hii all,

i applied for spouse visa for my wife and it was rejected with following reasons so can you explain me and give me advise

1. you have not demonstrated that you come withing the expectation under section 186 of the regulations exempting you from the requirement to get work permit or that your employment in canada comes within the exceptions to the section 203 of the regulations. As the result, your offer of employment must be the subject of economic effect determination before work permit issue to you.
2.Purpose of visit.
3.financial status.

Is it a Spousal visa or Open work permit??? I think you are in wrong thread bro...
