In Passport request....last category entering details like Name, eye color, height, passport number, DOB....it says one column for Applicant and other for Spouse.....

that case Applicant would be me (I got passport request) and Spouse who sponspered me right ?

No, just your details, your spouse is not a dependent to the primary applicant (you). Just fill out applicant (your) details and any dependents, Dependent1, Dependent2 etc. (children). We have checked about this with a VFS employee.
