Hi All,

Require your help in case you guys have any information regarding my situation. I am still in IP status and got a PPR directly via email today.

The passport request say that I need to submit passport within 30 days. I am currently in Singapore and have already negotiated the last day with my company to be Dec4th, 2014, which is 30+9 days, so I will be 9 days late to submit my passport. The letter says that failure to submit passport withing 30 days can result in the refusal of my application. What should I do now

hi today I got email from CIC regarding recent email inquiry that they received all requested documents and ur file is awaiting review by visa officer.as soon as review completed we will guide u accordingly.

Just send them your passport!! I believe the Visa is for at least 30 days so you'll be able to complete your employment contract.. and if not honestly your sponsorship application is more important.

Have you given the email id of the applicant - sponsored person? if so, he or she will receive the ppr...

did you apply through a lawyer? if so, the lawyer will get PPR too..

Thanks so much kan-sri for quick reply....Application is through a lawyer in canada....lawyer got email on 30 july2014 ...you have met eligibility as a sponsor etc...indicating UCI and File no. also....ecas status till now is application received......application received on 4 june , med results have been received...Please add it in timeline...waiting for IP... Do NDVO will send email for PPR both lawyer and applicant.? I mean if we could not get email, then we can contact lawyer to have it.

I believe you will be notified that your application has changed to in process through ECAS. So keep checking your ECAS.

congrats on PPR!!

you can write to NDVO and ask for an exxtension, explain the situation and say your are on official tour or something and will be back....i think they will understand..

when did you get IP?

I tried calling NDVO, but their support people are so rude.. they didn't hear my question properly and just told fill in the inquiry form.. we will not take any inquiries...

I just wanted to ask them : whats the maximum days within which we can get PPR after DM?

Any one has any suggestions ?????

I gt IP on 11 Sep and no news after that , should I go for MP enquiry or apply notes

as I am not able to figure out the exact reason for this delay, almost all of the feb'14 have got their passports wd visas.........

I have a travel history of NZ though !!! Please suggest !

Lol its May time now , If NDVO is in mood of working this month then v can expect end of nov or dec any week for JUNE files so later your guys turn rest i can say anything how they work on files. and as of now March n April getting VISA , n few left of JAN n FEB. so pray that they start working from this month itself.

all i say it is my opinion........ ! Gud luck with your file.

yeah they are too slow .... i dunno y they take too much time...i hope they start working fast on files..... anyway what is AOR...And DM ?
they send me email aboout landing fee and pcc if not submitted but we already did that work so what's next step after that ?

Mine IP from sep 12 too, I'm 17 jan applicant. I did mp inquiry but it was useless. Hope we get visa soon

hey asefi i need help cic send me an email last month they said send pcc and landing fee if not submitted but we already did that work .....so is it possible they need again pcc ....and what is next step i checked my application status they said ur medical have beed received

Yeah having travel history ( its for religious purpose so hopefully its not gonna effect)

I'm very frustrated too. I don't understand how they ignoring Jan - march pending files. When is ur medical expiring?
