Last question before I send off the package!
I paid the fees online and printed out the receipt. Do I need to fill in the information on the sheet? there's the client date of birth, address, postal code, area code, telephone number... who's the client? the payer of the fees?

Hi I have one question ,CPC Mississauga receive application on April 22,2014 , then after one month they asked for some documents. Then after one month they need more document .

And finally they approved sponsership on sept 21,2014 .

So now I need to know that they count me as April case or september?
How much it take for next step.

what is your ecase showing....
when you check your ecase there is first line... application receieved by CIC on ______.... that would be your application date

Yes I do have enough photos of wedding and engagement. Since ours is an arranged marriage all our relatives joined the wedding. Also I spend about a month and a half after my mrg with her. But I couldn't go for honeymoon since I was under treatment with physiotherapist as well as I was going to under go a minor surgery. For which I have attached my medical reports and surgery reports stating the reason why I was unable to go for honeymoon. But I am going back to India in December and we will surely plan for some trip together so as to make our case little stronger. Further I am using Viber to call her over the phone since she herself is NOT in india. And I Dnt knw how would I take Viber history out. And over Whatsapp I have no clue how many days I can retrieve the history for. .. Let's hope for the best..

For Viber you need to go to the settings, in settings choose calls and messages, and select email message history, thats it. It will email you all your chat messages as well as you call logs.
Similarly you can get your entire whatsapp chat history by email for a specific person.

Your ecase would say they received ur application in August( same as mine/received in August and they asked NEW version of undertaking, i guess in your case too they asked it in 2nd instance, and they finally approved it in Sep) and count the days from the day they transfer the file to Delhi
Spouse' s days would start from that day. I mean the day when Delhi receives it.

Hi guys, new to the forum, looking for some feedback and guidance.

Below is our timeline for spouse sponsorship from outside Canada. I see some of you from the January-March batch have already received the requests for interview and passport submission so I'm worried about the status of our file.

Have tried asking for updates from the agent handling the case, as well as emailing the CIC, etc but to no avail as it hasn't been over the current 15 months timeframe listed online (was 13 months when we filed).

Anyone still here who filed in Jan 2014? How far along is your file now?
Also, when do they request for passport submission and how long before they return it? As my spouse needs his passport for work related travel.
