Hello all ,
How can I get Canada PCC while out side of Canada (means in India).
I lived in Canada on valid student visa for 11 months in Montreal, returned back home India, and now want to apply for Canada immigration (married to Canada PR, my wife is Canada PR).
How can I get digital fingerprints in India through Indian Police ? or any other organization which can send it to Canadian Police for varification ?
Please help me.

Contact the local police station located nearby the area u were living in Canada. Go search on Google, contact them by email, phone or letter and tell them that u need PCC mentioning the reason why u need it, eg For Canadian high commission, new delhi.

Hello All,

I am a January 2014 applicant..... I am having IP status form August-22,2014......... My medical has been expired in September 1st week... I already did re-medical...... After done with my re-medical, I made inquiry by sending email and I got reply as below...........

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

We are in receipt of satisfactory medical result of .......which is valid until 16Sept2015. Please ignore our re-medical request for the principal applicant. After applicants file undergoes the final review by an officer, we will contact her if we require further info or document. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Immigration Section/ Section de l'immigration
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India/Inde 110021

I am still stuck with IP Status and don't know what to do now.... this wait is really killing........... if anyone has any suggestions or idea which will help me to get more information about my file would be really appreciate.............

please please please help me guys...............

Try applying for GCMS to get more info on your case. As your status is IP, there won't be any interview. The only other option would be doing MP enquiry. I know for some people doing MP enquiry has helped.

wow.. we now have end of April cases in progress
soon May will start :)

Hi Guys,

Buddies who have got their PPR's and who already have submitted, could you please let me regarding mailing.

Did u guys send via Fedex/DHL services with a self addressed envelope?

Thanks,
Arravv

you do not require pcc from canada until high commission of new delhi asks you. also in pcc details mentioned on cic mentions pcc required other than canada. I was also a student and i have not given pcc for canada .
hope that helps.

I am wondering if it would be best for you to re-do the medicals. If you original ones are lost, I don't know if they can find them or not as it would have been a long time ago. At least dubara karne ke baad hopefully they will get it this time.

My Canadian lawyer told me if u are an Indian national and have stayed outside India for more than 6months (even if it's canada ) in last 5years then u definitely need to give PCC apart from giving only Indian PCC. And if u don't give, they will ask for it and that might delay your case unnecessarily.
