Hey you can submit your Passport at any VFS location in India and then they forward that to NDVO and that what this email says..
VFS is the only agency which takes passports on behalf of NDVO. so you can just go to Mumbai VFS I guess its in BKC right? and they will collect your passport and you will get tracking number to track your PP.

Don't worry. You have to send it through VFS at Bandra kurla complex in Mumbai. I am assuming you are from Mumbai. Just take 2 photographs, printout of your email, fill section (5) of email, your passport and take cash of around 1000 to 1150 fees.
Tracking # will be on receipt. No appointments are needed.

Hi Yashruti,
Congratulation on DM.
1)If you have copies of your form then please recheck on your form the email address which you have given.
2)I see one case where there is 7 days of gap between DM and PPR. If we assume that OCT 2 & 3 offices were closed due to Dushera and Gandhi jayanti. Then latest by Oct 10 to Oct 13 you should receive PPR. If, not in that much time, then write them an email/ inquiry.
3)Always check your spam/ junk folder before you delete/ empty them.

On +ve note I can tell you that you will receive PPR soon. Hope I was helpful....Happy coming holidays :D ;D

Hi all,

Hi Rohu,

GCMS are notes written by CIC regarding your file. Here is the link showing what GCMS note looks like. All notes are filled by CIC.

You can order GCMS notes online. Any one living in Canada can order these notes. So you or your spouse, whoever is in Canada, as long as they have a Canadian mailing address, they can make the request.
You should order these notes if there is unusually long delay or you want to see if you are in the interview queue and the reason for it etc.

Easiest way is to go to this link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

1. Download the consent form IMM 5744. It should be signed by you and your spouse in India.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

2. Now initiate the online request at top of link posted above. Fill in the information and proceed through the application.

3. When it says to upload the consent form, upload the above signed consent form.

4. Before submission it will ask about payment. You can use credit card. Fee is 5$

The process is now complete and you will receive notes in 20 to 40 days.

dear approved applicants help me

my spouse sponsorship file for outland case is in newdelhi and currently we got AOR2 from newdelhi last month.

my query is asunder

when i submit medical of my wife in CPM-M it was about to expire as i did medical in sept 2013 and kept it at home for 9 months and then send it but still they have updatd on ECAS medical results have been recievd.
now newdelhi may take approx 6 months for processing as per others timeline of newdelhi applicants , i want to ask WILL NEW DELHI ASK FOR RE-MEDICAL before PPR OR they never ask remedical as MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED updated in ECAS

reason i am asking this is i was visitng wife for short trip and if she gets pregnant then no xray is allowed for 9 months so it safe she do her remedical again in handy in case new delhi ask or we donot need it as ecas says medical result recieved. but now i am sure it is expired and still my file is just recieved by new delhi, but they had not asked re-medical .

i heard Visa is 1 year from medical expiry but my wife medical is already expired as per my calculations so what sud i do as i am afraid if she gets pregnant then how to do medical again?so sud we send remedical without their asking or just keep it as i dont want to complicate the case if she gets pregnant during my short trip and then she had to wait for 1 year and include child...i am very very confused help me

pl help me, i m worried
