General Question for all the members who got IP's DM or PPR well before Jan and Feb applicants..

Did you guys applied through Immigration consultants (Agents)??

Bcoz I was wondering maybe they know how to file papers in the package and where to put bar codes of the application and so on and this makes it easier for NDVO to take those applications first and clear it as they know it has been done by some professional who does it every day rather a common man who will do it in his own way... that's why maybe Jan and Feb applicants are still waiting??

I think it does matter how you filled your papers and makes it easier for NDVO to review and approve it.

Any thoughts on this?? bcoz even I applied myself without any consultant and I don't know if they will delay it if its not according to their standards.

It does not matter at all if we apply via agent or ourself.I had applied myself on 18th March without involving any agent and had received DM.Nobody can explain aor best than we ourself can do. Confusion if can is taken care by seniors and other groups members.believe me u would find everything/ every small clarity from group members.

I'm July 2014 client.
I have received email from cpc.
Now, status they changed to application and medical received.Now, what next.
I'm wondering our pcc is valid for 6 months and it's going to be expired in Nov.2014. Do they request for another? Thanks

PPC has no expiry date .Its medical that are valid for 1 year

i would assume the one closet to you. They use these offices to courier to NDVO. Once you complete the process, they will give you a tracking number.

One last question if someone has the answer please reply.
My husband renewed his passport before we submitted the application, as it was expiring in jan 2015. But his medical was done on the basis of his old passport, because at that time we weren't sure if we wanted to renew it or not. But later on we thought if the process takes longer its better we renew it before sending the application...When we sent the application we sent copies of both passports...

Now my question is when NDVO sends passport request do you send both passports or just the new one?

They usually say send all your passports, in sequence new to old, they also prefer them stapled together by cover.

March 08 2014 Application Received for Sponsorship
April 08 2014 Sponsorship Approved
April 21 2014 file Transfer to Delhi Office My wife Got Generated Computer letter for file Number and Uci and Fees i already paid
Since Now My Wife application still says application received
