I am glad you guys got to know a bit about the way it works from my post. Alright, For the people who have their online status as "Decision Made", I request all of you to do a polite email inquiry to the NDVO coz sometimes what happens is that they already sent emails after the decision has been made on an application but due to the system error, those emails doesn't get drafted to the applicants. The emails are sent through their automated systems that's why we sometimes get emails from them out of business hours ( I got my PPR email at 10 PM from CPP-Ottawa) and also our e-cas gets updated anytime during the day/night.
