I have just got 2nd ARo. Ther have asked from me

1) Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) if not already paid.
2)Submission of police clearance certificates for you for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more if not
already submitted

Which i have already submitted

Why they are asking. what should i do

I don't understand this why are they giving all of us hope by giving IP when thr seems to be more waiting after IP. IP sabka kar rahe par 2013 aur start of 2014 applicants ki processing IP ke baad kyun nahi hil rahi....and many are even stuck even after DM unko PPRs nahi aya...what is happening....
