according to forum's senior member if application status shows IP than there will be no interview.
IP means they started processing of file so without processing/reviewing how can we says there will be no interview.
at which stage they decide for interview ?
Hi Vgp,
I think this is aimed at me.
I said the possibility of an interview are slim not that you absolutely can not get an interview.
The reason for this is that your application has been checked by 2 other officers before it turns to IP.
In total 3 officers check your application.
The first one briefly checks for big red flags such as huge age gap between the couple is one of them, there are more other ones like these they check for.
Than second officer checks a little more in detail and usually at this stage they are certain if the applicant should get an interview or not.
And one of my friend who went through this process twice because her first time was rejected her status did not change to IP until after the interview.
And also according to the trend right now memebers who get IP within 7 months are straight away getting DM and no interview calls.
