hey the only way you can contact them is via email... give all the information and they will reply back after like a month... seriously they take long time to reply but they will let you know whts going on... that's what I did when I applied for my PR and they replied as to what is the wait for so if you can wait 1 month then email or else contact MP and he will get you all the information within a week
