Hi Guys!

I will be planning to visit my wife from Nov to Jan. I really hope her visa comes by that time. :'( :'(

Looks like there is not passport request started yet even from last few months of last year. I won't bear to come back without her being my side at the end of January. It's going to be brutal!

Need some encouraging news in a month! Badly needs it.

Please do share some positive news.

For sure you will get the visa by then..so lucky how did you manage to get 3 months leave.In my office forget about asking leave for one year.unless it is for a week or something.

gudmorning every1 and Happy Janamshtmi !!!. U know i checked yesterday in 2009-2011 forums that the visa got done within 6 months max to max. But due to fraud cases of marriages n other visit visa , they put so much of strickness though all genuine cases lying just because of this major reason. I hope that days come back soon. That no more couple have to wait for long time period with separation. Wahegurjii pls bless everyone this year. V guys olready suffered a lot .

15) If you visit your spouse after filing application, send photos/ ticket/ boarding pass from this trip to the VO with a cover letter quoting the UCI and application number mentioned in the PPR you received from VO.


I am planning to visit my wife in November-December as it might take up to May 2014 till she get her visa.

Is it really necessary for me to submit the travel documents if I visit in November-December after filing the application? If we do send it, then where do we have to send it too at what address?
