hi guys im 16 Jan applicant any ideas whn should i expect IP ?

Thanks in advance

At the risk of discouraging you; don't expect anything eventful to happen eleven months from the date of your application. Come eleventh month, it should be IP to DM soon. Then again, don't go by the updates on the system. It's hardly reliable; just make sure they have received your medicals which should reflect on the ecas status generated.

When are going to get PPR?........these people are very slow!..I have been looking at 2013 and almost no update for last two weeks.

Many 2013 & 2014 applicants haven't been receiving passport requests. In fact it's a good thing. It doesn't stretch your waiting time. I still have my passport in hand since I live outside India. I think they will soon make it official to stop sending passports from now on.

Can anyone guide me on the CAP status of NOC 2133. Is it worth applying for NOC 2133 at the end of July.

Thanks..

As on 14th July the no of applications is 11. I think there is a chance.

Hi all, thanks for providing useful tips in this forum. I'm new to the forum. I just got married 2 weeks ago in Canada so I'm filling out all the application forms while waiting for the 12 weeks to be up so that I can apply for a marriage certificate to use for the immigrations applications. My husband lives in Delhi. I have a few questions.
1. What kind of marriage certificate is accepted? The long form or short form?
2. What is the validity of a police clearance certificate from Delhi and how long does it take to get one? ( I don't expect to get the marriage license until November so I'm wondering when my husband should apply for one)
3. How long does it take to get a medical exam in Delhi? And how long will it be valid for?
4. In the applicant's guide, it says applicant should mail all forms to sponsor. Do they require proof that these forms were mailed? What we did was we filled out and signed all the necessary forms while my husband was in the country so that we don't have to mail back and forth. We did leave the dates blank (including some address end dates in some questions) so that I can fill them in for the date I actually submit them. Is that ok? Or do I have to get my husband to physically mail them to me and show proof of the mailing envelope?

Thank you in advance

1. The certificate that is issued by the official Registry of Marriages, I never had a "long/short" form of the certificate, but with CIC the more the better, photocopy of this document needs to be notarized though.
2. It took me a week for me to get one, not from Delhi though, so don't know how long it takes to get one from Delhi.
3.You need to find a registered panel physician who can do the job. You can find a list of physicians here cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx. It takes as long as it takes to get an appointment (there are quite a few in New Delhi, so my guess is, you should find one in a couple of days). They give usually give you a document with UMI right away, which you can include with your application, they post the full results to CIC themselves, which usually takes a 2-3 of weeks. But you don't have to worry about the later part for a while. I'd recommend you do a case specific inquiry after a couple of months to confirm they've received your medicals, if it doesn't show up on your e-case.
4.No you do not need a proof that the documents were "mailed" to you, as long as you have all the required signatures and dates filled out, it should be OK. Please make sure you have a valid application, with the current processing times in Sydney, it can set you back by a good 40-50 days.

Good Luck!

I wonder if people even join these forums out of excitement. The usual phases are anxiety, frustration, dejection in their respective order in quick succession, unlike CIC phases which are usually light years away.

Hi ,

Any updation Guys ?
