thank you very much everyone for giving such a huge response to my whats app group (NDVO 2013-14 APPLICANTS) ITS ALOT BETTER N QUICKER.

IF YOU HAVENT JOINED ALREADY I REQUEST ALL OF YOU TO INBOX ME YOUR NUMBER SO I CAN ADD YOU TO GROUP

THANKS AGAIN

I want to know is there any acknowledgment email or letter sent by CIC-Mississauga to let the applicant know, they have received file or documents? As I have sent application for my wife on July 9,2014 by Canada post and says delivered on 11 july on the system but nothing has confirmed from CIC.

So A little bit curious....

Let me know if anyone has idea...how will it move ahead??

Thanks.

you are welcome but it should not be a problem . I think your side of the work is already done since you have been approved as a sponsor . it is not mentioned anywhere that the sponsor should be in canada at the time of applicant's landing . I think you should ask the 2013 applicant's in the other forum who have already landed , they'll be the right one's to tell you about it but you surely can travel .

You can definitely travel as long as you have a legal status in Canada. It has nothing to deal with your application with CIC.

As per my experience I can say NDVO once start giving visa than It will be completed in flash. As i got all my FSW process the same way before in 2013. Only 1.5 months time from submission of new updated forms and documents to approval of visa.

So be have patience.

Now they ll move fast as just in June-14 CIC has changed the rules and system of working.

@Arpit: Bhai I sent my wife's application on May15. No acknowledgement has been received to this day. Last week the cic client application status was updated. I can only see it when I use my UCI number. I'd suggest check client status after 30 days, but unless the step 1 processing time comes down from 55 days, there is going to be a delay. How long? God knows. All the best mate!

Hey Arpit,

You will receive aor1 next it's gonna take a while step 1 rihht now is at 55 days or so hope this helps

Hi Arpit, How do you know that CIC changed the rules and system of working from June 2014?
