[size=10pt]I filed my wife's file on march 03-2014. my file is transferred to delhi on April 25, 2014. I received email about fees reciept and PCC on may 7. How long its going to take. Is there any 2014 friends received any different than me?[/size]

A PPR request will be the next step. But dont hold your breath.... it's gonna take some time... From what I understand, NDVO is still working on app from 2013. Just be patient. All the best!

Hello Mainak,

I also applied for my TRV stating the same purpose and with valid and supporting documentation. Mine was also returned with exactly same reasons. I believe they do not issue TRV this soon to people of our age, no matter what the situation is. According to 2013 forum, there are about 99% refusal cases for TRV. We have no way but to wait for the PR. Stay calm and positive.

as per my knowledge you can not apply for any visa (TRV or visitor) if once u have put file for PR..

Its immigration rule that if u applying PR from OUT side Canada, then very first application will be considered..

Once u have applied for PR then no other door of visa will be open for u

so no option except waiting..we all are waiting...

It means that he is eligible to sponsor you and we call it as an AOR.

I mean now i know NDVO is working on October end files. but do they finish one month file in one month? or they taking more time to clean monthly files?
For exaple they working on october so do i believe next month at the same time they will be working on november end file?

There are 2 types of DM. ..

first in the starting when they approved as a sponsor. .its only shows in sponsor's ecas not applicants ecas ..
second in the end of procedure when they approved the applicant as a permanent resident..its shows both sponsor or applicants ecas...

They are running through September and October files. Haven't touched November yet

Keep ur count in that way, month to month. However a clear case file without any red flag seems to be completed in 10 months.

Ntvnaveen that sounds about right some used to get it quicker but there current trends so slow

Also jus wanted to make sure I applied in April and the file was transferred in June as well. Online it says app received April 11th would that make me an April applicant. There is a bit of confusion about this but looking at last year's dates getting IP it makes sense to go with April.
