Yes, hardly lucky Oct. one got it...it is 1 application only as per forum news. No one know the sequence in this immigration system except the officer.

And recently many Aug & Sept applicants got their DM and few got visa while other waiting for Passport with visa.

Thanks

Can you pl provide this person's forum id? You say he/she is 'hardly lucky'? or is it 'hardlylucky'?

Hey,

I am applying for PR of my wife . Is it necessary to attest the photocopies of documents such as passport, birth certificate etc.?
Also, we married in ordinances of Sikh religion, is it necessary to attach anandkaraj certificate issued by gurdwara, or only marriage certificate will work?

Thanks

I am an December 2013 applicant and came see to My spouse in April 2013 for three month long vacation and wish to stay in india for entire duration of her procedure.. will it create any problem or is it ok? my company will rehire me as soon as i am back,i heard some couple stay together for the entire duration of the process in their home country and as soon as my wife get her visa stamped does she had to travel canada in few days or she will get few months time to enter canada for landing.

Please help....
If you wish to stay with your spouse in India until she get's her visa, this atleast shows the NDVO that your relationship is genuine, however, if an interview is required for your wife's application and during the interview, a VO might potentially ask either one of you if the sponsor was in India throughout the duration of this process, than how was he financially supporting himself and his wife if he was away from work for this lengthy period of time? This has to be justified and if income from elsewhere is used to support the sponsor and applicant, that needs to be showed as well and can be questionable depending on where the money is coming from.
Also, depending on when your wife's medical expires, she will be given time to leave India once a decision has been made on her file and she receives her passport back with a visa stamped on it.

Hi. I have a question. My application reached New Delhi visa office in May 2014 and I originally submitted the application to Mississauga in March 2014. So for New Delhi am I March 2014 applicant or May 2014? My Ecas says Application received March 2014. I see in the 2013 thread that September applicants are now getting DM, so want to estimate my timescales. Thanks.
