I am an December 2013 applicant and came see to My spouse in April 2013 for three month long vacation and wish to stay in india for entire duration of her procedure.. will it create any problem or is it ok? my company will rehire me as soon as i am back,i heard some couple stay together for the entire duration of the process in their home country and as soon as my wife get her visa stamped does she had to travel canada in few days or she will get few months time to enter canada for landing.

don't worry dese days they didn't ask ppr...they will asked it in d last stage of application..when they will issue visa...
due to strike last year dere r lots of backlog so they chnge d procedure. ..

Aug. and Sep. months going on...Many applicants get IP - In Process, DM - Decision Made and Visa.

Very few Oct. applicant got visa in May 2nd week.

Pratik- Are you sure a few of the Oct applicants got their visa in May 2nd week? Do you actually know this first hand? Because I have been scouring these forums and am yet to find an Oct 2013 applicant who got DM or visa in May. Only one Sep applicants and some Aug applicants got their DM. Can you pl clarify who these Oct applicants are?

I have not come across any "September" applicant also who has hot "IP" or "DM", there was one case but that was for child sponsorship.

I got an email stating that my file has been approved from CPC and now is transferred to CHC New Delhi on 26-05-2014.
I want to know what will be the next milestone.
What should I expect next.
Is interview is taken on phone if they required or Is taken physically and informed prior through email.

They will next ask for the spouse's passport in a month or two. After that, a long wait of minimum 6 months lie ahead.........Pray to God

Yes, hardly lucky Oct. one got it...it is 1 application only as per forum news. No one know the sequence in this immigration system except the officer.

And recently many Aug & Sept applicants got their DM and few got visa while other waiting for Passport with visa.
