Hi Karan please donn loose hope...

I'm in India with my baby and my husband is in Canada we both having PR so we applied PR for baby also as she is Indian citizen.And now my baby is 11 and half months turning 12 months this 18th and her application is still in process since October 31st.You can imagine my husbands pain as he us missing his new born baby for almost a year..really frustrating I can't understand why they take such a long time for babies also..really painfull but can't do anything except WAITING!!!!!

from Vancouver.......I don't have any lawyer. completed the paperwork myself. Feeling very scared now....don't know having a lawyer is good or bad

Also Karan... I don't think birth certificate takes 2 months... I don't know which province you are talking about..

Ok you wanna know about birth certificate I am talking about Ontario brother.

There are two types of procedure to apply birth certificate in ontario.

One is online which is very easy procedure to apply in that procedure you get birth Ceritificate, Health Card and Sin Number all three in one in a week.This procedure also register live birth in registrar in ottawa and also issue birth certificte.

But in that procedure husband wife both has to present in canada while filling online form.This procedure is called three in one

The other procedure is regular service and it is done through post in that procedure one parent has to register live birth with birth registrar

Once the birth is registered one parent fill the form and sign and send the form to other parent then other parent sign and then form is send to service Ontario

It takes 2 month to register birth and recieve certificate

Birth certificate is applied after birth is registered.

You can see that screen shot it took us 2 months to recieve birth certificate.

We applied on 21st October and got it on 21 December

Although we got passport in one day with 135 dollar emergency fee

Ohhh maybe bcoz it was paper application that's why but I'm not doubting you brother lol also if you can modify this post then remove the pic which has your details on it or black out the name.. better to be safe..

No its the same thing...i have a lawer and they dont do or cannot do shit fro you....its same thing all they can do is make sure nothing is missing in your.....
i have had my lawyer send NDVO a followup letter On NOV 4th 2014..NDVO didnt give a shit...no reply....

so i think doesnt make ny difference...sorry for my language but i am extremely pissed with NDVO now.....

Finally its Decision made on my ecas status, and i submitted my passport today at VFS delhi.

Don't think too much.. whenever is gone happen will happen.. why should think about it... rather think in positive way... like what the hell Canada.. sala India hi aacha hai... kitne festival hai...kitne aache seasons hai... Canada main kya hai... sala xmas bhi chalagaya ab kya baacha...snow snow snow... freezing temperature... isse aacha toan yeha hi rahe atleast summers tak...fir jayenge Canada.. tab hi aasli maza hai... filhal it's *censored word*ty wheather and you can't even enjoy outdoors... ghar aur mall main hi jana hai toan humare india main kya kum malls hai... sala sadko pe bhi cheese mil jati hai jo mall main nahin milti... Canada is not even 1% of what India is... so enjoy your time in india and feel like you are in Army and away from your spouses.. jab war khatam hogi chutti milengi..tab tak sandese aate hai humian tadpate hai ki Canada kab aaonge...ki yeh Canada tum bhi suna suna hai...hoooooo ooooo

got PPR yesterday almost after 2 months of IP, but status is still in process.

Yesterday so many people recieved news

noooooooo....my case is different. .let me summarise my case to you..I did my upfront medical examination on oct 2013..filed my spouse visa application in the month of Feb 2014..since there was some issue in my medicals is why they asked me submit my updated medical status..which has been already submitted by CDC as per ndvo's instruction..there's no delay in any submission of my reports..I did receive a call in first week of October from NDVO to confirm my postal address..Which I did and at the same time I crosschecked with them If they recieved my remedicals report..and they confirmed with me that they have received..
My Ecas as per current status shows that
My application is in process on September 12th
And medical results have been recieved on Oct 2nd 2014

I didn't receive any mail on interview call..and as far as I believe there won't be any scope for interview coz my case is straightforward. .the only glitch in my case was my remedicals...which has also been sorted..
Right now I'm concerned about my ppr request..coz I am on 12th month as of now..

I hope I've cleared my case to you..

I remember now
All people who got IP in October,November and December are getting PPR now one by one everyday....you will be in queue ....you should be getting PPR soon
Seems like NDVO changed gear now

Has anybody recieved any update on June applications?? The wait is killing me. Our application status still says AR. I Feel extremely bad for my sweet wife waiting for her PR in India. Everyday when I talk to her on skype, I feel so guilty because I told her that he would get her PR in 4-6 months because that what generally has been the history in 2013 & also in my case. I think 2014 has been the slowest year so far with regards to processing of PR cases.
Kindly share if any applicants from June & any update will be highly appreciated.
