What needs to be sent with the passport to the visa office, and for Punjab ppl is der a visa office in chd, so can u go there personally and get it done or does it have to be mailed??????

Hi Preet,
You have to go there at chd office with ur passport, 2 recent photographs and printed copy of ppr letter. In ppr letter there is one form to be filled by you. They will charge you fees i.e; 1070/- rs. Thats all.

Time to say goodbye to all of u .. it was very difficult to stay positive and motivated without this forum.

So here is my bumpy journey with New Delhi Visa Office
Application filed- 17 feb,2014
SA- 5 April,2014
Medical-5 feb,2014
In process- 9 sept,2014

Try to make MP enquiry no use- same reply from 3 MP's we can't help until its 15 months.
Did 1st email enquiry - 6 Nov, 2014 receivd short phone call confirming DOB nd my hubby's stay in UK it was just 5 months .
Did 2nd email enquiry- 5 Dec,2014
Decision Made next day - Dec 6,2014.
PPR via phone call & email - 8 Dec,2014
Receivd Passport back on - 11 dec,2014
Visa stamping is in Chandigarh Office for Punjab people.

Re: NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS - Conflicting Information in Checklist.

Hi All,
I need a clarification to fill out application for my mother in law.
Checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5771E.PDF, Point 6 and Point 7 states that
Schedule A - Background/ Decleration ( IMM 5669) and Additional family information ( IMM 5406) needs to be fill all family members.

But actually, these 2 forms states that these should be filled out by Applicant, common law partner and dependent children only.

So, forms and checklist statements are conflicting.

My brother in law in sponsoring my mother in law.

Question: My spouse is required to fill out these 2 forms or not, who is over 18 Yrs. and no more dependent on her mother. ??
