hi karan
i sent pcc from singapore and australia and they received it also...do you have any idea now why they take time for travel history candidates....do they confirm it again from other countries about criminal record....then what is the purpose of pcc then......I know u dont work in immigration....but do u have any info about it...
According to my view point Travel History does not delay any process. All they wanted to know If the person lived in some country so they just wanna make sure if he has not committed crime pending where guilty is "not pleaded" or "pleaded"...If you have travelled to any country less than six months they dont even ask PCC.
PCC very much confirm the criminal status of person...they just wanna make sure whether the file is complete or not...basically After sorting out the applications according to submission date...they categorized files according to some further categories:
1)Complete File
2)Incomplete File( Form missing incorrect forms)
3)All mandatory documents not submitted
4)Less proof of relationship documents.
5).Criminal status
6) Inconsistent information with same passport
7) Relation does not look genuine ( Interview required)
8 ) Name and DOB miss match with Someone
9) Drink Driving in some country
10) Medical expired
11) Medical not fine
12) PCC expired
13) Divorce Cases
14 ) Age Incompatibility female- 40 yr OLD and Male 25 yr OLD
So these are just examples ...there are many queues .!!!
If our files go into any queue they normally ignore time consuming files for example...
They work the same way like computer processors work its called SJF protocol (Shortest Job First)...You open Photoshop or any other heavy software and at the same time click on some picture to view and then you click on song at the same time...So picture will be viewed first then Music song in VLC player Then photoshop because it takes time .....But the order is not preserved as it was clicked ...its not like processor will spend whole time opening the Photoshop or any other heavy software then picture will open and then the turn of music will come
if one person is taking 40 min in bank and other 50 are waiting him behind So bank normally open one more counter and tell people to come here whose work is of two mintue
Where you lived in Australia?
If you lived in Melbourne Or I think Queensland Victoria, NSW.You also need to submit Driving history as well
I hope you have submitted that
So those file which goes into queue are solved one by one first they email to person then person submit asked documents...then they process files...even it does not feel right that 20 husband wife has to stay away from each for more time for the sake of one person...so they usually ignore and process later or may be queue gets longer and our turn does not come...Or may be they will get through many people all together for example "medical expired"
Well they might have many protocols to work
But thats What I feel
