i just wanted to ask that my file got in process on 6th november, and my medical expires on 31st dec, are they any chances that i will get
a remedical request???? when can i get my ppr?? i applied on 31st jan 2014, just a lil confused that any chances of remedical?

To my knowledge u ll get PPR within week or 2 after IP.
I have seen ppl getting PPR after week including myself..I was in process on 31st October...PPR on 6th November. Nd about ur medical I think they ll try to complete ur file by December. My lawyer told me while ago that NDOV try to complete file before medical expires...I heard someone saying on this forum there r some exceptions of extending medical..but I m nt sure about it...

but if they would ask for my remedical, they would not have changed my status to IP, yes probably i should get my ppr, as ecas was updated day before, it was written that we started processing since 6th nov, what is ur timeline can you share please>

Chances are high that you will get your visa by nov end. No need to worry.

wow after such a long time MONICA.. the correct answer would be no one can tell when u will get PPR.. but seeing as ur meds expire on 31st DEC i am guessing pretty soon. also do check ur SPAM folder and if u r using a lawyer do bug him regularly.. lawyers have been known to miss emails... as u went into IP ur initial review is ok. now they are checking travel history and PCC.. all the best...
