Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum.
I am the Principal applicant for my PR Visa and my husband (Canadian PR) has sent our application on October 9th 2014.
We have not received any emails from them acknowledging our application.

Is this normal?

Your situation is normal, I received first notification after a month, wait few days more, you should get acknowledgement soon.

Filled Application : 2 July 2014
Sponsorship Approved : 26 August 2014
AOR Received : 15 September 2014
Medical Done : 17 March 2014

Can you please add my timeline in Excel sheet please? And After How long time it will be in process?

Does anyone know how long it takes after a submission of an updated form while our file is held at CIC, I submitted on Oct.23

April 9, 2014: ( Delhi immigration) Proof of Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.
Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.
We have started processing your application on sept 10, 2014
Does that mean I have to wait 13 more months from sept 10,2014 or they have been processing since February?

Did you or you spouse get any notification from New Delhi Visa Office?

i have a question is it necessary to send the passport through vfs ?

because i dont have vfs facilty at my place so thinking to use bluedart

Relax Peppy, They gonna ask you for mailing address, to mail your PR card, and whom you gonna meet, how much money do you have. Thats it. No more question.
