You should have read the guide before applying. Even though Option C is a must, you can still get away by not having it, but you'd have to write a good letter explaining why you can't and provide proofs that you aren't on social assistance and you are making enough to make ends meet.12ja said:45 days after apply they need some docs like option c print out and then after 45 they need one more doc.
So 3month wasted.
Sept 29 they transferred
I didn't include my Option C, instead I wrote a letter why I wasn't able to (it was March and I had just applied for my taxes back then and didn't want to waste a month waiting for my assessment by CRA) and included past 1 year pay stubs (all 24 of them) and also a letter of employment saying I was employed for a good amount of time. I was approved, not a single question asked.
I think the pattern with CIC is that the onus of proof is on the applicant, they will still ask you for missing or required documents if you didn't include them or didn't provide an alternative, but that comes with a cost as in most often that not with CIC "LOSS OF TIME". Even smallest things like paying your RPRF upfront will save you a good 15 days to a month.
I'd suggest you check your sponsorship application too, if you have missed documentation, you are still in the initial stages of application and can easily send them in to New Delhi, they take about a month to attach them to your application, before then I would highly doubt they would even have an initial look at your application.
Good Luck.
