NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi Guys,

I just received AOR from New Delhi, asking for PCC and Payment of Permanent Resident fees. However, I had sent both of the documents when I submitted my application. What should I do in this case? Should I ignore the letter or should I sent the photocopies?

Any advice will be helpful

I have seen many people ask same question. Most people said they would send copies again just to make sure. Also, send send them a cover letter explaining you have already submitted both document with our application.

Hello Everyone,

It is required for form - Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) that we need to fill up this form in our native language as well.
Are we required to fill all the info in our native language like address , marital status , place of birth, ...OR
we just need to write our names in our Native Language ....all the other info like place of birth and Present Address can be in English.

Ive asked some sources abt it as I have the same situation...Im told not to reply because they do not accept photocopies and only send them what they ask for...Secondly, the office is busy and they might get bit annoyed for getting over-information,( this is what a relative of mine who is in Canada and worked immigration office for a while, told me)...I don't know how far it's correct but all the people who got spouse visa from my city tell me to refrain from things not asked....Im not sending anything back yet but still confused...different folks say different things...

I am in the same boat my wife filed my application in October 2013 and got an email from them they have received application on 11th nov and in December she was approved and got an email decision made.
My file got transferred I suppose on February and got an email from them 3 days ago asking for the same documents.she is telling me not to submit as she has already submit at the time of application.
Please help.

Hi DK1212 so you mean to say that when one is submitting original documents including PCC to CIC -M Office ....and file gets transferred to NDVO ..New Delhi off again asks for PCC and do we get new one or submit photocopy ?
Also like to clarify reg PCC i got mine on 28th Feb ..2014 but due previous inland application cancellation is still going on , will i have to get a new PCC?

I feel the same way. I submitted all the docs with the application so I don't see the need for sending copies again. I know someone that actually sent in his passport based on this letter which was a bit hasty and aggressive in my opinion.

Hello Frnds..

My friend recently got married and he wants to sponsor his wife from India. As she has no birth certificate back in India. To apply for one now, due to elections time it might take atleast 2mnonths.

His co-worker suggests him to get an affadavit based on Passport and submit the application.

Can you guys suggest, what's the best soultion in his case. Please.
