should i go for case specific enquiry or wait for 1 more month( which completes Our 19 months) till 9 septembre...pls suggest

Do u got any idea y ur file took so long( 2nd marrriage, any interview, etc). Any ways you can go for CSE or for fast out come go for MP enquiry they answered in 2-3 days..

straight forward case...
they untouched m'y file for seven months...nd after That on 2 june ...i got remed request...after That again waiting nd waiting

In that case u can get PPR any time. One of my friend got PPR just one month after remedical. Sometime in some case could take more but dont worry. Do MP enquiry and for sure MP enquiry speed up the process in cases where it usually take more than normal time..

Hi guys i've got DM on august the 4th on ECAS but the forth line is not added yet. Is that normal?
Another thing, on my account it's written the following:

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Complete
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision Not Started

We had the interview on july th 28th and DM on ecas on august the 4th.
But background check not started and i got DM on ecas. Is this normal? I really worrying, I hope it's not a refusal.

If u dont have any travel history it probably take about one month

boss ecas is most updated info, linking is always slow, so jus worry about ecas

I guess u referring to ur notes, if so then notes generated one month ago so it might possible during the time between notes applied and notes received u gone throught bkground check. And if u dont have travel history then bkground chk wont take longer. So ur decision made status indicating u will get PCC very soon i guess today or tmrow.

They update it late once you got passport request

Did MP inquiry they just give update that background check not started. I have no travel history, no red flag, no interview. I don't know why is it taking so long to give ppr. I also kept on sending the mail to NDVO nothing helped. Its been 22 months since i applied. I am 2014 applicant. Don't know what else to do

This is really very upsetting and frustrating ,22 months and still not issuing VISA ....this is really very unfortunate that Canadian Embassy which claims that family reunion is their top priority ,doesn't care much when it comes to real life scenario ,spoiling life of married couples .

Thats strange very strange, no interview, straight case and still taking it so long...

Ask your MP to find out why the processing time has crossed.
