Why do u want to contact MP at this moment. Once all the August 2014 applicants get interview letters. Then do an inquiry.

because i wanted to know the status of my file. and a possible answer of why 2015 applicants getting interview letters and not 2014. i guess i'm getting impatient. i dont know

Not all 2015 applicants are getting interview letters. I know 2 people from march 2015 recommended for interview but no interview letters. One got an email saying you are recommended for interview and the other found out through notes.

oh okay. i thought some individuals from jan&feb 2015 messaged in this forum saying they got interview dates. regardless of them, i should wait until August 2014 are done. I know i'm getting impatient. just getting harder everyday i guess.

My husband went to local MP's office today, and the concerned MP said that there are plenty complaints already filed of applicants of September to December 2014. And due attention and action is being paid and work in this regard is in progress..
He also advised us to wait for a month as the file will be withdrawn from the cue if we fill the enquiry form that he was providing us in this regard..
Also he said that the delay is due to the external parties who do the security, criminal, background, medical checks, etc. , who have been changed recently and also there additional parties given up the verification task.. that's the reason behind this delay for the entire lot..
But already they are looking after this issue..

Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope all of us receive our decisions asap!

so I applied for notes..got reply in two days to send copy of my wife's bio page so that they can verify signatures..i sent that the very same day on march 05..after that I only received email of confirmation that they received my copy..how long it will take for notes now.

I am assuming that the contracted out company has changed from 2014 to 2015 year. That's why 2015 getting processed faster. The old company that has all security checks stuck in limbo (may be they don't wanna do work anymore since the company lost the contract?)

Update from me:

Oct 28th 2014: Upfront Medical for first time.
Application file: Dec 2nd 2014
June 19th 2015: Upfront Medical for second time as it was expiring in 3 months(Recieved by NDVO on July 8th 2015 which was scanned uploaded to system and trashed).
Dec 7th 2015: We got email for medical reassessment request. Bangalore Medical centre refused to do remedical as our previous medical was stil valid. We pointed out to MP office that the GCMS notes says that medical recieved on July 8th 2015. We were informed via MP office that no pending document from us.
Jan 20th 2016: enquiry by MP office reveled no pending document from us.
Feb 15th 2016: enquiry by MP office reveled no pending document from us.
March 1th 2016: enquiry by MP office reveled no pending document from us.
March 8th 2016: 2days after I send email to medical reassessment dept, I get response that they havent received our medical reassessment and they need us to resend the medical. They asked us to provide the doctor office details or ask doctor office to immidietaly send us the file.

Ours eligibility, security everything is clear but our application is just hanging on because NDVO is lazy to look up their system and determine that they have scanned copy of the latest medical in their system.

We replied back with latest medical tracking sheet but havnt heard back anything from NDVO. We are also planning to do medical reassessment again at different centre in Bangalore as our MP office is asking us to do medical again.
Their focus is not 2014 applicants but 2015. We are currently in backlogs. So no updates.

Not really there is Feb 2015 applicant who sponsored her husaband who had filed refugee status in Australia(appication rejected in australia) got interview and did her interview couple of weeks back. There are many people in 2014 who has no interview or its just female sponsorer because of which file is kept in back log for interview but most complicated cases among 2015 applicants getting interview in 2015.

I think different MP office is giving different reasons. Only higher officer at NDVO knows what their logic is.
But as I see, there were many applicants who medical were expiring. Therefore they wanted to reduce the turn over to under 10 months so that most people dont get remedical request. Also liberal govt has to give posturing to people that they have speeded the processing time.
Their plan is to put 2014 applicants to backlog and only process after 17 months processing time. There are only few people making noise in 2014 applicant v/s majority of 2015 applicant happy with liberal govt. This is morally wrong to keep 2014 applicant in queue and process 2015 applicants. But politician only care what is good for them to win next election than to think what is morally correct.

What do I know, what really logic of NDVO is. I am a regular guy like you just speculating based on my experience.

Beacuse his mother was very sick and she was on bed for 6-7 months so he didnot go back and decided to stay with his mother. He took his mother's medical reports as a proof to show the visa officer why he could not go back.

Did visa officer looked at medical reports? I think, these questions does not make any sense to inquire about husband wife guiniun relationship.
