guys anyone tell me process of filing appeal, as my wife app is refused ( they said our marriage was not genuine..)

according to email it say she is not satisfied that marriage is genuine

so update I received refusal letter after interview this morning :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

So wife had interview on June 08, 2016 and they told her that they will email us regarding their decision in week's time and she kept all paperwork and phone bills, whatsapp chat and copies of my tickets I visited her twice after marriage..Her medicals expired in Aug 2015 and today this morning...

guys my wife had interview on June 08...they told her that they will email her in week time with decision..so today I just checked status it is changed to decision made..no remed and Police clearance..now I m really worried....

I have no idea..maybe they will email me med request..maybe she was not satisfied.. cant say much

guys thanks for reply, I came India on April 04 and I was supposed to be back in Canada on May 04 ( today) but I extended one week...now I m in dilemma

received my notes today ...interview recommended...anyone from Oct 2014 waiting for interview letter

so I applied for notes..got reply in two days to send copy of my wife's bio page so that they can verify signatures..i sent that the very same day on march 05..after that I only received email of confirmation that they received my copy..how long it will take for notes now.

same here I m oct 14, 2014..med exp. ecas changed to in process in sept first week.

same with me Oct 14, 2014 went in process first week of sept 2015..did mp inquiry and response was that it is under processing time which is 17 months but as of now they don't need any paperwork....

so I did mp enquiry...they called me yesterday that file is under processing time which is 17 months..so quite disappointed..no news after our file went in process in early sept.....
