Just a crazy thought! Wouldn't it be nice if NDVO randomly selects 10+ applications each month starting from the latest month and going backwards i.e. from aug 2014, july 2014, june 2014........dec 2013. That way some lucky applicants don't have to wait for 8-10 months. Just like lucky draw, lol! Phir tou jisne late apply kiya can always have hope to be selected if their number came up in the draw.

kan sri is right...
the onus is upon the applicant and the sponsor to prove the genuinity.. as you can see your case raises a big red flag.. immigration lawyer is a necessity in your case.. but hire someone with an experience similar to this.. not just anyone if possible...
2ndly dont worry so much... what you got is ADR (ADDNL DOCS REQUEST).. If they are not satisfied you get another chance.. an inerview.. a lawyer can coach you very well before that.. as you waited 2 years i guess unlike the most of us.. time is not an issuefor you.. so sit back... re evaluate... and take one problem at a time...
the first in the list.. get a good lawyer...
in canada or india.. does not matter.. just get a good one...do keep us posted on any progress...

HI sammy thanks for you quick response to my query and concern. The situation that i am going through right now time is an issue for me, I have married to girl whose been waiting for me since two we actually both are waiting for each other, so we can be together and start our life together. leaving apart from each other creates more issues and frustrations.
When NDVO says that they are not satisfied with ADR thats when the problem begins as the interview will take a long time and as i have said in my earlier posts. they bombard with you questions that makes no ssense.

I am going to hire a good immigration lawyer. If anyone has a good immigration lawyer either in canada or India, I don't mind making them responsible for my case, so that i don't have to face the interview.

Please let me know its right time to apply under 2173-software engineer.I have ielts,waiting for WES report,have docs ready but few doubts.

1.I dont have my surname\family name on passport therefore not able to validate generic form IMM0008.
2. I have lost my degree certificate,have sent provissional degree to WES.I have fir for lost degree and advertisement in newspaper but collge will issue duplicate after 2-3 months so WES report will be sufficient with copy of provisional degree.
3.I have stayed in 5 different states in India,do I need to get PCC from all states ? how much time will it take to get them.
4.What to fill in national identity document for india-I read forum-it says leave it blanck?
family name for mother and father mandatory on background form? as on passport its blanck.
5.how to write name in native language on background form?
6.How many years to mention in primary and secondary education and field of study till 10 class on background form? I am 10 -12-btech.
7.Do I need to mention all adresses of all states where I have stayed.
8.I am Single-so in economicclasses federal skilled form,do I need to tick NO or leave it blanck where for spouse is asked like under 7c and 9b
9.In Additional family details-it is mentioned to write names in English and Native language also.How to write in a correct manner
10.in supplementatary info travel-I am single so do ai have to leave it blank for spouse and dependaent or write Not Applicable?
