if it is a complicated case (it seems like one), hire a GOOD immigration lawyer. If you present the case like you are doing now in the forum, there is a good chance NDVO will not like it. sorry to hear about your dad. But i dont think it would be a good idea to talk about family having issues with NDVO, the immigration lawyer will tell you more...

kan sri is right...
the onus is upon the applicant and the sponsor to prove the genuinity.. as you can see your case raises a big red flag.. immigration lawyer is a necessity in your case.. but hire someone with an experience similar to this.. not just anyone if possible...
2ndly dont worry so much... what you got is ADR (ADDNL DOCS REQUEST).. If they are not satisfied you get another chance.. an inerview.. a lawyer can coach you very well before that.. as you waited 2 years i guess unlike the most of us.. time is not an issuefor you.. so sit back... re evaluate... and take one problem at a time...
the first in the list.. get a good lawyer...
in canada or india.. does not matter.. just get a good one...do keep us posted on any progress...

Par Newzeland me to 3 months hi hai....sabse jyada time US / Canada ke liye hi jayda hai

True.. sabse jyada time US and canada me lagta hai n that too after 2012 rules change cuz of fake marriages n upar se 2013 strike makes it worse..

2009 me meri frnd ka 3 months me canada ka visa laga tha..

Fake marriages ke chakar me genuine cases ko suffer krna pad rha hai...

OMG OMG OMG OMG.. Sponsorship approved. File transferred to New Delhi. so happy and just got news on 9 month anniverssary of us. maine meri wife ko jab call karke bataya that honey our sponsorship is approved. she took a pause and shouted so loud that only I can imagine... after so much of hassle finally my file is cleared. .. yessss!!!

Now wait game starts.. so be patient n wish you a speedy visa...

just a question. I am a 12th May 2014 applicant. I was checking the status online, it says application received and nothing else. I was just wonder how many months does it take for them to update medicals received? My wife had her medicals were done in February.
