Hi guys
Can anyone tell me that I have applied for notes on 25 Jan 2016 do when I'm gonna expect the notes I have chosen mode of communication ie email plz tell me they say 30 days do I m gonna get it by tomorrow or day after

Go ahead towards vfs near by u ..and submit ur passport with a latter attested by vfs authorities...and tell them that u didn't recive any ppr email if u have a lawyer u can blame him too...they will tell u the requidd info to submitt with passport...kksmt ne tonu moka diita ea...dont waste it...try it...mine frnd also get stuck in this way...bt she submit pp on lst day...and got visa in 3 days...hope god listn ur prayers too...bst of luck

All 2014 applicant who did remedical and still waiting and have ordered notes.
Can you guys look up the File Transfer History in your GCMS notes and see where is your file with last udpated date.
Mine shows that Location Registry on Dec 1th 2015. No update since then.
I am sensing that they have shelved 2014 candidates and only dealing with 2014 candidates now. Just curious if there is a pattern here.

It just says FCU-PA under location for the latest update. Do you know what that means?

Hello All,

October 11th 2014 applicant and have been on DM since 25th January. Since I wasn't getting any response to case specific inq or an email back from my MP, I decided to walk into his office. Unfortunately he was in Ottawa but his secretary was pretty helpful. He took down all my details and we had a 10 minutes chat on the history of my wife's file. After he reviewed all the docs and the complete situation, he called the CIC immigration in Ottawa and spoke to someone in front of me. They verified my details on the phone and provided me the most recent update on my file. They suggested that the passport request was sent out on the 25th of January on my email and when I suggested that I haven't received it, the agent apologized and resent it to me and suggested that the email should be in my inbox in 5-7 working days which would come from NDVO's email.

The agent and MP's secretary also suggested that my timing was perfect to drop by because if the passport is not submitted in 30 days of PPR, the file gets a temporary closure suggesting that the applicant is not interested in migrating. After which it takes 2-3 months to re-open file + all the documentation formalities.

To summarize - If you get DM, please do get in touch with your MP after 2 weeks and try to get an update. Again, they will help you only if you are close to or over the 17 month period. There is no shame of walking into their office as they are supposed to help.

I hope the above was useful for you guys. Please update my status on the google sheet - DM on 25th January '16 and am expecting PPR sometime next week.

Plzz try it...u will get ur visa sooner ...dont wait for email...it is not that necessary....just go to vfs in morning and submit ur passport....best of luck

I think you are on to something there. Ours says "Registry", and the last update was September 23rd!!

I think its time to start making some noise with our MP again...maybe even John McCallum. This is ridiculous.

I applied on Jan 19, and I got it last Friday. You should get it either tomorrow or Friday.

If it doesn't come by Monday, then you can contact them with your tracking number.

I contacted my mp again .he said delhi office told them my file is under 17 months still.
I was in a shock. I have reachd 19 months. Dont know how delhi is calculating timings.
So i told my mp all this. And he has agreed that i have crossed processing time and is going to enquire again on my behalf. This is the 2nd mp i am going to. The first one doesnt want to do anythn .the first mp i contacted only did enquiry once and nothing after that.
So now i m tryinga nother mp.
Hope something positive comes.m almost on the verge of pulling my hair out now. Its annoying what they are doing with our lives.

I think its in queue for review or security. You make specific inquiry with MP asking why its in same location so long?
