guys i am new to this forum.i am 2015 feb app.i had applied for spouse visa & got AOR 1 & AOR 2 both,my ques is i am overstayed in newzeland and i did not had any criminality there kept pcc and all the required docs.will overstayed affect my file thnx

overstay nothing to do with ur file... As its not a crime.

I applied notes on nov 24th but i haven't received them till now. Any idea why delay.( applied for second time )
Got remedicals on dec 3 and done on dec 4th.

Reply on that confirmation email
With the details of your payment receipt and tracking number explaining them
I had the same issue it worked for me

App received : 29/09/2014
Meds done: with the application
AOR : 3/12/2014
In process: 9/10/2015
Re-Meds request: 27/11/2015
Re-meds done : 29/11/2015
Decision made : 12 /12/2015
PPR: 14/12/2015
Passport submission : 15/12/2015
Passport returned with visa :18/12/2015

Landing :15/1/2016

wow good for U. I just hope my husband gets some thing this months. he still in process and his app received was Sep 11,2014. I am with him in India right now. I don't know what to do. I applied for notes n it said interview required but no date :'(

Your correspondence is your PPR. I am not sure but you can call CIC and ask for a supervisor. All the best.

Nobody gives any response ...i call NDVO...they said ...We only response to emails ....then i email to them ...

But nothing...

CAN any one pleaseeee tell me when the processing time starts. is it when the application is received by Delhi immigration or when your online status says processing.
