Finally we are done Guys !!
DM on October 16th , which we saw only on 17th.
19th morning at 9.59, I received the coveted letter for passport submission.

I have 30 days to submit my passport. In 2 weeks am back in India and I shall submit it there.

2. Application received by CIC Mississauga for Sponsorship processing: Oct 1, 2014
3. Sponsorship approval received: Jan 6, 2015
4. Status changed to "In Process" (from "Application Received") at least since Sep 21, 2015 where it says PR application is in process since Jan 21, 2015

As of Oct 19, 2015, my wife's ecas status says:
"In Process"
1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 1, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 21, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on January 21, 2015.
4. Medical results have been received.

Does the above look like standard processing times w.r.t. other applicants here? Did anyone receive any update from New Delhi Visa office for PR applications sent Sep 2014 and is being processed in NDVO since Jan 2015?

Note 1: One thing that seems to be weird in my case is the "In Process Date" compared to others in the Excel sheet. Where do you guys see the updated "In Process Date" date?
Note 2: Another thing to note is that I'm a Canadian citizen living in Canada, while my wife is Indian living with me in Canada as a Visitor.

Hi, On IMM 5669 (Principal Applicant's form) it is clearly mentioned that if you ever refused for visitor or trv, you have to check the yes box., even if you have representative, it is your duty to verify the information provided in the documents before signing and sending it to CIC.

You cannot blame only to your representative. The only way is to talk to your representative and send correct forms with the explanation. Your representative is also liable for this, check with him and ask him to send explanation.

Don't worry, CIC is not to hard on these matters, as far as your relationship is genuine they will accept your explanation.

From what i read from form Q6e is that they asked for "refused admission to" They didn't ask for refusal of trv. Persaon can get TRV and still refuse admission to Canada.
These two are different points.
I don't know why cic is asking this q to you because its irrelevant
You can challenge the wording on this questions to them.

Hey,

You should definitely order the notes and do a MP inquiry. Sept/Oct applicants are getting re-medicals at this point and still wait DM/PPR request.
