On September 3 CIC update my status by adding three lines. Now it display 7 lines after clicking on in process . My 17 months complete on 5 September . Pls anyone tell me what is the next step of CIC ? When they give me DM and PPR.

If they find anything out of normal they recommend interview so that higher level officer can have a look at your case. Most of people applying are first marriage. In your case, your wife is sponsorer right? They should have done her background check in Canada itself. Anyway you can argue with CIC. They are always right and applicants are always wrong.

yes my wife sponsoring me..but do u think CIC do background chk for my wife, despite of the fact they already given her sponsorship approval.

According to MP interview recommended, can somebody tell me interview letter come by email or by post? N also plz let me know NDVO ll send it to me or my lawyer, coz AOR1 n AOR2 received by my lawyer in his email.

Hi rupjatpura1. 1st aor from mississauga received by our lawyer. 2nd aor from ndvo received by my husband by post. Interview letter received by my husband by post. Now we are waiting for ppr letter. Dont know whether will be by post or email to our lawyer but our lawyer said he will not get anything.

Manat try to call at cic Canada call center and may be they solve your problem ask them to send PPR by email give them your email id.

i discuss your problem with my husband he told me if manat call at canada immigration customer care call center at canada may be they help her. I donot know that no my husband is sleeping now . I will give it to you after 4 or 5 hours . Ok

Although we never expected it as it wasn't told in MP enquiries...... But at the end we received interview letter, scheduled on 28th October.

Hi candy13.13. Which cic number i should call?

You can most certainly call CIC from outside of Canada using +1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message) or the usual 1-888-242‑2100 but keep in mind the CIC call centre cannot access the file in NDVO and wont be able to help.

You got DM last week correct? then its a little early I would say another week... At this point I would presume your husband will get it directly may be other can chime in - is your lawyer here in Canada or India?
